Enrollment Procedure
IN-PERSON PROGRAM ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE
(NEW STUDENTS/TRANSFEREES)
STEP 1: Prepare the following documents:
a. PSA Birth Certificate
b. Learner's Reference Number
c. 1x1 latest picture
d. SF9 (Report Card)
e. SF10 (If available, otherwise it will be requested by NCD to the previous school)
STEP 2: Visit NCD Integrated School, Inc. and pay the upon enrollment fee of the whole fee. To view the schedule of fees, kindly click here.
STEP 3: Personally submit the documents at the registrar's office after payment.
STEP 4: Fill out the registration form given by the registrar's office.
ONLINE PROGRAM (HBEP) ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE
(NEW STUDENTS/TRANSFEREES)
STEP 1: Settle the upon enrollment fee or the full amount of the fees as provided in the schedule of fees. To view the fees, kindly click here;
Payment of fees can be done online or in-person, for online payment, amount can be transferred to GCASH or BPI bank transfer.

STEP 2: Take a screenshot of the proof of payment and upload the details here;

STEP 3: Wait for 3-4 days, excluding holidays and weekends, and for the confirmation of your payment;

STEP 4: Once your payment has been confirmed, you will receive an email where your official receipt is attached and a link for the registration;
​
As such, kindly scan the following documents as you will be required to upload the them:

a. PSA Birth Certificate
b. Learner's Reference Number
c. 1x1 latest picture
d. SF9 (Report Card)
e. SF10 (If available, otherwise it will be requested by NCD to the previous school)
ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE FOR OLD STUDENTS:
STEP 1: Settle the upon enrollment fee or whole year fee;
STEP 2: Register the payment through this link;
STEP 3: Wait for 3-4 days, excluding holidays and weekends, and for the confirmation of your payment;
​STEP 4: Once your payment has been confirmed, you will receive an email where your official receipt is attached and a link for the registration.
