ARE YOU ELIGIBLE FOR THE ESC GRANT?

ELIGIBLE ESC STUDENTS:

All incoming grade 7 students (From public school or DEPED recognized private school, without enrollment gap)
grade 8 - 12 students who are previous grantees of their school

INELIGIBLE ESC STUDENTS:

STUDENTS WHO

Drops out for non-health reasons in the middle of the school year;
Does not reenroll the following school year;
Fails to be promoted to the next grade level or is retained at the same grade level;
Is suspended for more than two (2) weeks, dismissed or expelled by the school for disciplinary reasons; or
Transfers to a non-ESC-participating JHS

6. Accomplished ESC form (Download below)

7. Accomplished School Conforme (Will be emailed by NCD after payment)

3. 1x1 Latest Picture

4. SF 9

5. SF 10 (Will be requested by NCD from the previous school)

6. Accomplished ESC form (Download below)

7. Accomplished School Conforme (Will be emailed by NCD after payment)
8. ESC Certificate (Issued by Previous school)

MUST COME FROM A PUBLIC SCHOOL (GRADE 10) AND HAS NONE OF THE DISQUALIFICATIONS

3. 1x1 Latest Picture

4. SF 9

5. SF 10 (Will be requested by NCD from the previous school)

6. Accomplished ESC form (Download below)

7. Accomplished School Conforme (Will be emailed by NCD after payment)
8. ESC Certificate (Issued by Previous school)

STEP 1: Settle the upon enrollment fee or the full amount of the fees as provided in the schedule of fees. To view the fees, kindly click here;

Payment of fees can be done online or in-person, for online payment, amount can be transferred to GCASH or BPI bank transfer.
